Delivery Information

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-2 business days to process). There may be no deliveries available on the weekend or public holidays.

Express Post

- Most packages arrive within 1-3 business days. *

Standard Post

- For heavy item only, save more money but it takes 1 week for delivery. *

* Not a guaranteed service to arrive on a certain date.

Delivery Time

- Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate. East Malaysia will take more days for delivery comparing to West Malaysia.

Proof of Delivery

- All shipments will require an authorized signature at the time of delivery. PosLaju will not be able to release the shipment without a valid signature even if you have a signature release on file. This is to ensure that you will receive your order safely. If shipping to a resident address, please ensure that there will be someone at home to sign for the package (where an adult signature will be needed).

We will not be responsible for any losses once the parcel is at your doorstep without attendance.
