- This is MIMY local warranty, unlike some retailers asking the buyers paid the unreasonable shipping fee to send back Mi China claim the warranty.

- We will no give any support or warranty to those products which purchase from other retailers.

- This warranty only valid for all products which are purchased from www.xiaomimy.com, please prepare to provide the Order ID.

- This warranty only covers Manufacture defects.

- This warranty does not cover any damage occurs in/on the outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.

- The warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product.

- Returned item must be in its original condition.

- It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us.

* All Mi TV & Main Board will be fully tested and all work perfectly before we ship them.

** Warranty only apply on hardware but is not covered by software which has been modified to alter functionality by the users.
